These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at concretesanbenito.com and any services provided by Steadfast San Benito Concrete ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
By using this website or requesting services from Steadfast San Benito Concrete, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into agreements, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not use this website or engage our services.
Steadfast San Benito Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services in San Benito, TX and surrounding cities in the Rio Grande Valley. Services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveway installation, patio construction, sidewalk building, foundation work, retaining walls, decorative and stamped concrete, and related concrete construction services.
All services are subject to a written scope of work agreed upon before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Written estimates are provided based on the scope of work described at the time of the site visit. Estimates are not binding contracts - they represent our best assessment of the cost based on available information. Final pricing is confirmed in a written contract signed by both parties before work begins.
Estimates may be subject to change if site conditions differ materially from what was visible or described during the initial assessment, or if the scope of work changes at the customer's request. Any changes in scope or cost will be communicated in writing before additional work proceeds.
Prices quoted on our website are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute a firm offer. Actual pricing depends on site-specific factors including size, materials, soil conditions, and current material costs.
Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, permit processing times, or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any schedule changes as promptly as possible.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to costs incurred up to the point of cancellation. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your project contract.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions that would compromise the quality of the finished product, including excessive heat, rain, or other conditions that affect concrete pouring or curing.
Payment terms are set out in the written project contract. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods specified in the contract.
Invoices not paid by the due date set in the contract may be subject to a late payment charge as specified in the contract. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to suspend or cease work and to pursue collection through available legal means.
We do not require full payment in cash before work begins. Be cautious of any contractor making such a demand.
Where a permit is required for the work described in the project contract, we will obtain the necessary permits on your behalf as part of the project process. Permit fees, where applicable, will be disclosed in the written estimate. You are responsible for providing accurate property information and access needed for permit applications and inspections.
We stand behind the quality of our work and will address defects in workmanship reported within the warranty period set out in your project contract. Warranty coverage, where provided, applies to workmanship only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, soil movement beyond normal conditions, modifications made by others, or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions.
Except as expressly set out in a written warranty, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steadfast San Benito Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact with our business. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, or to interfere with the website's operation.

If a dispute arises between you and Steadfast San Benito Concrete relating to our services or these Terms, we encourage you to contact us first to try to resolve it informally. Most issues can be resolved with a direct conversation.
If informal resolution is not successful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in San Benito, TX, in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration provider, unless prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
